Do Bystanders Have a Responsibility to Intervene?

Well of course bystanders have a responsibility to intervene when there is trouble! If you see something, then say something. You're not helping anyone if you just ignore bullying. You may think that if you stay out of it, you're innocent. But your not. You didn't do anything to help. Be an upstander not a bystander.
